We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee Dark stores located in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing multiple retail outlets and ensuring adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage and supervise daily operations for multiple stores.

•Conduct regular store audits as per guidelines.

•Handle manpower management, including staff allocation and performance monitoring.

•Ensure store performance targets are met and maintained.

•Monitor hygiene and SOP adherence across all assigned stores.

•Provide timely updates and reports in line with SOPs.

Candidate Requirements:

•Proven experience handling multiple store operations

•Strong understanding of retail SOPs and audit processes.

•Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.

•Candidates must reside in or near Lajpat Nagar, Delhi
