Store Keeper – Transformer Manufacturing Company
Location: Sikar Industrial Area, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organised Store Keeper to manage raw materials, electrical components, consumables and finished goods at our transformer manufacturing facility. The candidate will maintain accurate stock records, control material movement and coordinate with the production, purchase and accounts departments.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, electrical equipment, engineering stores or inventory management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against purchase orders, delivery challans and invoices.

• Record all material receipts, issues, returns and transfers in stock registers, Excel or company software.

• Issue materials to the production department only against authorised material requests.

• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure that physical stock matches recorded quantities.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and report any shortages, excess stock or discrepancies to management.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the purchase department when materials need replenishment.

• Maintain proper identification, labelling, storage and handling of materials.

• Maintain records of copper, aluminium, transformer cores, insulation materials, electrical components and other materials used in production, as applicable.

• Coordinate with production, purchase and accounts teams regarding material availability and documentation.

• Prepare daily material movement reports and periodic inventory statements.

• Prevent material wastage, damage, loss and unauthorised issuance.

• Keep the store organised and maintain supporting documents for stock transactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Diploma or Graduate candidates may also apply.

• Experience: 1–4 years in storekeeping, inventory management or a manufacturing store.

• Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Knowledge of Tally, ERP or inventory management software will be an advantage.

• Good numerical accuracy, recordkeeping and organisational skills.

• Honest, disciplined and responsible when handling company materials.

• Experience in transformer manufacturing, electrical equipment or engineering stores will be preferred.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, on-site position at our factory in Sikar Industrial Area.

• Working hours and weekly holidays as per company policy.

• Monthly salary of ₹12,000–₹15,000, depending on experience and suitability.
