Key Responsibilities:
Maintain proper stock of employee uniforms (new stock, buffer stock, and replacements).
Issue uniforms to new joiners as per company policy.
Collect and record returned uniforms from resigned employees.
Maintain size-wise and department-wise uniform inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions when required.
Coordinate with vendors for uniform stitching, alterations, and delivery.
Conduct periodic stock verification and submit reports to management.
Maintain proper documentation for uniform issuance and acknowledgments.
Ensure uniforms are stored neatly and safely to prevent damage or loss.
Handle uniform-related queries from employees and site coordinators.
Maintain inward and outward stock registers (manual or system-based).
Ensure timely replacement of damaged or defective uniform
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
Strong organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination ability.
