Maintain inventory of broadcast equipment, technical tools, cables, accessories, and consumables.
Issue and receive equipment/materials as per department requirements.
Maintain proper stock records in ERP/manual registers.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with production, technical, PCR, MCR, and engineering teams for material requirements.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of broadcast equipment.
Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions when required.
Maintain inward and outward material documentation.
Support vendor coordination for deliveries and returns.
Ensure safety and compliance standards are followed in store management.
