Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
Verify material quantity and quality in coordination with the Quality team.
Store materials systematically with proper identification, labeling, and organization.
Issue materials against approved material requisitions.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
Perform regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical stock verification.
Monitor inventory levels and notify the Purchase team of replenishment requirements.
Maintain all store-related records and documentation accurately.
Coordinate effectively with Production, Purchase, Sales, Quality, and Dispatch departments to ensure timely material availability.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and 5S practices within the store.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related discipline.
0–2 years of experience in store or inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of store operations and inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and our own ERP software.
Good communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional people / team environment.
