Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the company store and maintain proper inventory levels.

• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials and update inventory regularly.

• Receive, check, and verify materials against purchase orders/invoices.

• Issue items, packing materials, to the production and other departments as required.

• Maintain proper stock records and ensure physical stock matches the inventory records.

• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management/purchase team about material requirements.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and identify shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.

• Maintain proper storage, labelling, and arrangement of all materials for easy identification and retrieval.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the store area.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store In charge / Store Executive / Store Keeper in a company, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

• Experience in maintaining inward/outward material records and stock registers.

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
