Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the shift.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved according to the production plan.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, ISO, and food safety standards.
Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Packaging departments.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance for equipment breakdowns.
Optimize manpower utilization and allocate work effectively.
Conduct shift handover meetings and communicate production updates.
Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Train, mentor, and evaluate production operators.
Ensure housekeeping standards (5S) are maintained throughout the production area.
Minimize production downtime, waste, and material losses.
Monitor inventory of raw materials and packaging materials during the shift.
