Store Executive

Store Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.

• Maintain accurate stock records in the system (ERP / Excel / Tally).

• Ensure proper material inward and outward entries with supporting documents (GRN, issue slips, etc.).

• Verify quantity and quality of materials during receiving.

• Maintain FIFO / FEFO system for proper inventory management.

• Monitor stock levels and inform management for reorder requirements.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.

• Maintain proper labeling and storage of materials to avoid damage or loss.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.

• Maintain store documentation and records as per company policies and audit requirements.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.

• Handle material dispatch and documentation when required.

• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary store records.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Inventory Management

• Knowledge of ERP / Tally / MS Excel

• Understanding of GRN, stock register, and store documentation

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of material handling and storage practices

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
