Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Storing, Packing, and

Dispatch Supervisor to oversee logistics operations for heavy machinery parts. The ideal

candidate will have strong organizational skills and hands-on experience in inventory

management, packing standards, and dispatch coordination.

Reporting to: Director

Education Qualifications: Diploma

Work Experience: 1 to 2 years in store operations, dispatch & inventory control

Industry Preferred (If any): Yes

Salary: Rs 16,000 – 20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Skills:

 Proficiency in ERP/Inventory Software (Tally, Marg, etc.)

 Inventory control and warehouse management

 Knowledge of packing techniques for heavy parts

 Dispatch coordination and logistics management

Job Responsibilities:

 Supervise and manage storing, packing, and dispatch operations.

 Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or digital systems.

 Ensure proper packing of heavy machinery parts to prevent transit damage

 Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to ensure timely dispatch

 Conduct regular stock checks and update records accordingly

 Monitor staff performance and enforce safety protocols.

 Communicate with the production and purchase teams for planning dispatches

 Prepare dispatch documents like invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans
