Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to manage inventory, material movement, and store operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, stock verification, material handling, inward and outward entries, and store documentation. Experience in the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food Industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for production.
Perform inward and outward material entries in ERP/software systems.
Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory audits.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and other store records.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.
Generate inventory reports, MIS reports, and maintain store-related documentation.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Store or Inventory Management.
Experience in the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food Industry will be preferred.
Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and material handling.
Hands-on experience with ERP software and MS Excel.
Good understanding of inward/outward processes and store documentation.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
