Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory management, stock movement, and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth material availability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day inventory and stock management•.

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.

Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and Excel•.

• Issue materials against authorized requests and maintain proper documentation.

Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items•.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation•.

Prepare GRN, material issue notes, stock transfer records, and other store documents•.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments for material

requirements.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials.

• Track inward and outward movement of materials.

• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management about reordering requirements.

• Handle damaged, rejected, or returned materials and maintain records.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports•.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization of the store.

Support stock audits and inventory checks•.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Inventory Management & Store Operations•.

Knowledge of MS Excel• and inventory/ERP software.

• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate stock records.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Attention to detail and responsibility.

Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, trading, or industrial store• will be
preferred.
