Responsibilities
1. Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
2. Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS for inward-outward & Stock, other report to top management.
3. Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies, stock rotation with maintain of Minimum Order level and coordinating the disposal of surpluses. Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment.
4. Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
5. Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
6. Create purchase orders and utilize purchasing cards to perform low-value procurement activities
7. Basic QC Skill for Inward and outward material for preparing the GRN.
Required Skills.
1. MS office skills. i.e. MS Excel.
2. Strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
3. Analytical skills
