Store Assistant

Position: Store Assistant
Location: Vashi Warehouse / Antop Hill Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage physical inventory and maintain accurate stock records of machines and equipment.

• Handle inward and outward inventory accounting entries in the system.

• Coordinate dispatch activities, packaging, and shipment tracking.

• Generate E-Way Bills and maintain dispatch documentation.

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth movement of goods.

• Liaise with insurance surveyors and support claim-related documentation when required.

• Monitor stock movement and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.

• Ensure all company protocols, processes, and SOPs are strictly followed.

• Maintain proper records and documentation related to inventory and dispatch activities.

• Travel between the Vashi warehouse and Antop Hill office as required.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma holder with experience in stores, inventory, or logistics operations.

• Good knowledge of inventory management, dispatch procedures, and documentation.

• Familiarity with E-Way Bill generation and basic accounting entries.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.

• Willingness to travel between company locations as per business requirements.
