Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Station Support Associate to support day-to-day station operations. The role involves assisting with package handling, shipment coordination, basic operational activities, and ensuring smooth station functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily station operations and operational activities.

• Assist with package receiving, sorting, scanning, and dispatch.

• Ensure packages are properly organized and ready for further processing.

• Update and maintain basic shipment and operational records.

• Coordinate with delivery executives and station team members.

• Assist in resolving basic package and operational issues.

• Follow company processes, safety guidelines, and operational standards.
