Key Responsibilities
1 Operate and manage daily activities at the battery swapping station.
2 Handle battery swap transactions accurately and efficiently.
3 Ensure proper charging, storage, and maintenance of batteries.
4 Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the station.
5 Record and update daily reports, attendance, and transaction data.
6 Manage cash and digital payments responsibly.
7 Coordinate with supervisors and report operational issues.
8 Assist customers and resolve basic complaints professionally.
9 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10 Support audit and inspection activities when required.
Eligibility Criteria - Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred) - Basic smartphone knowledge - Ability to read/write Hindi/English - Willingness to work in shifts - Physically fit
