Shift Incharge

Role - Shift Incharge (Warehouse)

• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods

• Liaise with customers, suppliers & transporters

• Use manpower efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets & operational targets are met

• Ensure the smooth running of the allocated shift & engage all the resources to meet planned activity levels

• Conduct daily huddle with the team to see if there are any challenges & provide solutions

• Review the daily activities of the Warehouse, Training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance

• Exchange ideas and thoughts with the team & for improvement opportunities in the operational process

• Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these

• keep stock count up to date and make sure inventories are accurate

• Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded

• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

• Do continuous floor walk in the facility to observe the operations and help wherever necessary

• Work on employee rosters & manpower planning

• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate from any stream

•Prior experience in managing Warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound & Inventory etc.)

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

• Basic analytical skills

• Strong influencing skills and people management skills

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
