A Shift Incharge at Bakingo oversees daily cafe or cloud kitchen operations, supervises staff, and manages inventory. Responsibilities include executing opening/closing duties, enforcing food safety and quality standards, and ensuring smooth same-day and midnight order deliveries for a seamless customer experience.
Core Responsibilities:
Shift Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and high productivity.
Quality Control: Ensure all cakes, pastries, and desserts meet Bakingo’s strict quality, recipe, and presentation standards.
Inventory & Supplies: Track stock levels, oversee raw material receiving, and manage daily bakery inventory to prevent shortages.
Customer Service: Address customer grievances, ensure timely order dispatches, and balance cash registers at shift-end.
Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the store.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in QSR, cafe management, or related restaurant/retail operations.
Skills: Strong communication, coaching, planning, and problem-solving skills; ability to work well under pressure.
Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic computer/inventory software.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
