Senior Warehouse Executive

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Foreign Purchasing Senior Specialist to manage international sourcing and procurement of raw materials and spare parts. The role involves supplier negotiation, shipment coordination, inventory optimization, and cost control to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. International Sourcing & Procurement

• Source and procure raw materials and spare parts from international suppliers.

• Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple vendors.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, and delivery timelines.

• Prepare and process purchase orders as per company policy.

• Develop and maintain an approved vendor list.

2. Supplier & Shipment Management

• Coordinate with suppliers for shipment documentation and customs clearance.

• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Resolve delays, discrepancies, or quality issues with suppliers.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

3. Inventory & Cost Control

• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Implement inventory management strategies (ABC analysis, VMI, JIT).

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.

• Monitor purchasing trends and market price fluctuations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international purchasing or sourcing (manufacturing preferred).

• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory control systems.

• Experience handling import documentation and customs procedures.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic preferred).

• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
