Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA (Marketing/International Business) preferred.

Experience : 5–10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales, Logistics, or Supply Chain Sales.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing key customer accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, and logistics services, along with excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

.Generate new business opportunities in Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Road Transportation.

.Develop and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and corporate clients.

.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

.Prepare and present customized logistics and freight solutions to customers.

.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

.Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.

.Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution.

.Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and sales leads.

.Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and forecasting data.

.Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

.Attend client meetings, trade exhibitions, and networking events to promote company services.

Required Skills

.Strong knowledge of International Freight Forwarding, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Clearance, and Logistics Services.

.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

.Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.

.Good understanding of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and international trade.

.Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

.Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
