# 🚨 WE ARE HIRING – REGIONAL WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Company: Warehousing Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (WELPL)

Role: Regional Warehouse Manager – South India

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3PL Warehouse Operations | Capable of handling 10+ Warehouses

CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Final Salary: As per interview, experience & profile

### Key Responsibilities & KPIs

- Manage 10+ warehouses across South India.

- Maintain 99% manpower availability within 48 hours.

- Manage team grading, training and performance.

- Ensure 99%+ accuracy in MIS & WMS reporting.

- Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly audits.

- Manage purchases, cost control and local transport vendors.

- Handle operational firefighting and travel requirements.

- Provide warehouse solutions within defined timelines.

- Support warehouse transitions within 7–15 days.

- Resolve customer complaints within 24 hours.

- Support regional warehouse expansion and development.

- Contribute towards regional business growth and new warehouse acquisition.

### Candidate Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in 3PL warehouse operations.

- Proven capability to independently manage 10+ warehouses.

- Strong knowledge of WMS, MIS, inventory, audits and warehouse processes.

- Excellent manpower and multi-location management skills.

- Strong customer handling, problem-solving and firefighting abilities.

- Willingness to travel across South Indian states.

- Candidate must be willing to stay in Bangalore.
