Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:-

Site survey for the execution of contract. If required.

+Site measurements start from initial to completion of project till the handover.

•Preparation of bills and timely submission to the clients along with the progress of work.

Checking the BOQ qty Vs Actual Qty at site and application qty as per approved drawings to get correct certification from the client.

Labor management to get the smooth execution service on time to avoid the delay for completion of work.

•Responsible for completion and handing over the site with the complete list.

• Coordination with Client. Overseeing the civil aspects of the construction.

• Prepare bill of quantities.

• Prepare project timelines.

. Client Communication and correspondence.

.Responsible for managing finishing works at site.
