Job Description

1 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor(Exclusively of warehouse projects)
Experience in Estimating, Tendering, Reconciliation, Material, Cost Control, preparation of BOQs and Budgeting Management of warehouse projects.
Good knowledge of MS Project, MS office & outlook.

Desired Profile

Responsible for BOQ variation tracking, co-ordinate/approvals-client documentation.
Responsible for client warehouse (RA) certification & monthly reconciliation statements.
Provide cost to completion for individual project.
Estimating, Tendering, Pre Contract Administration, Post Contract Administration such as Procurement of contractors.
