Job Title: Wiring Harness Operator / Assembly Technician

Job Description:

We are hiring candidates for Wiring Harness Assembly work in a leading automotive company. The role involves assembling electrical wiring systems used in vehicles with high accuracy and quality standards. Candidates will work on production lines and follow company safety and process guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wiring harness assembly as per design and instructions

- Cable cutting, crimping, taping, and routing

- Visual inspection and quality checking of harness

- Maintaining production targets and efficiency

- Following safety and company rules on the shop floor

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th pass / ITI (preferred)

- Freshers and experienced both can apply

- Basic understanding of electrical wiring is a plus

- Physically fit and ready for shift work

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹18300 for 8hrs

-Salary: ₹29300 for 12hrs

- Overtime available @124₹ per hour / daily 4hrs

- PF + ESIC + Bonus as per company policy

Shift Timing:

- Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
