Job Position –Quality Engineer

Job Title : Quality Engineer

Location : Sachin, Surat

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control (Freshers with strong fundamentals may also be considered)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) of mechanical parts and components.

• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and In-Process Quality Control (IPQC).

• Carry out Product Data Inspection (PDI) before dispatch.

• Perform dimensional inspection using precision measuring instruments.

• Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.

• Identify quality issues and coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and inspection procedures.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
