​Job Summary: Responsible for high-level technical supervision and quality assurance for construction and fabrication projects. The role involves ensuring all structural, mechanical, and electrical works comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Perform on-site inspections of fabrication and installation (Structural, Piping, and Electrical).

• ​Verify measurements, vet works awarded to sub-parties, and ensure compliance with Work Orders.

• ​Prepare technical reports and joint bar charts to track project progress (target 85% efficiency).

• ​Implement and monitor site safety practices and quality standards.

​Qualification Briefs:

• ​Mechanical (Structural/Piping): • BE/B.Tech: 2+ years experience.

  • ​Diploma: 3+ years experience.

  • ​ITI (Welder/Fitter): 4+ years experience.

  • ​Requirement: Ability to read structural key plans and fabrication drawings.

• ​Electrical & Instrumentation: • BE/B.Tech: 2+ years experience.

  • ​Diploma: 3+ years experience.

  • ​ITI: 4+ years experience.

  • ​Requirement: Familiarity with cable schedules, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.

• ​Alignment & Survey: • BE/Diploma/ITI with relevant experience in using software-operated Total Stations or Theodolites for precise measurements.

​Essential Skills:

• ​Knowledge of Ship Building Quality Standards.

• ​Expertise in NDT and welding inspection.

• ​Strong reporting skills and ability to manage site presence for 8+ hours daily.
