3. Hands on experience in using Instruments and Gauges

4. Should be able to adopt to the changes and act accordingly.

5. Ready to come in rotational shifts.

6. System knowledge they need to communicate to supplier and follow up for corrective actions

Min they must be able inspect the parts for all fit form function parameters and dimensions thru instruments and vms
