We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager for our Screw / Fastener Manufacturing Company.*

*Job Role: Quality Manager*

*Company: ZCJ Industrial Private limited

*Job Location:* Plot No. 2C, Sec-31, Kasna Industrial Area, Ecotech, Greater Noida - 201301

*Salary: Rs. 40,000 - 55,000 per month (As per Experience & Interview)*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Complete responsibility of Incoming, In-Process and Final Quality Control of Screws / Fasteners.

2. Must have experience of Internal Audit & External / Customer Audit handling.

3. Strong knowledge of Documentation - QMS, ISO 9001:2015, IATF, PPAP, 8D Reports, CAPA.

4. Handling measuring instruments - Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Thread Ring/Plug Gauge, Hardness Tester.

5. Prepare and maintain all quality reports, inspection reports and rejection data.

6. Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis and corrective action.

7. Lead and train the QC / QA team on the shop floor to ensure Zero Defect.

*Required Skills & Experience:*

- Experience: 5 to 7 years as Quality Manager / Sr. QC in Fastener, Screw, Auto Parts Industry.

- *Audit Experience is Mandatory - Internal & Customer Audit*

- *Strong knowledge of Documentation & Reporting is Must*

- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5S, Kaizen.

- Education: Diploma / http://B.Tech (Mechanical)
