Quality Assurance Executive

Inspection & Testing:

• Inspect raw materials, trims, and components for quality and compliance.

• Conduct in-line, pre-production, and final garment inspections.

• Perform physical tests such as dimensional measurement, color fastness, strength, and fabric quality checks.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain inspection reports, QC checklists, and records of defects.

• Provide feedback to production teams to correct deviations.

• Report non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.

Process Monitoring:

• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Coordinate with production supervisors to implement preventive measures.

• Ensure proper handling of garments to avoid damage during storage or shipping.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure that garments meet regulatory and safety standards (e.g., chemical safety, flammability).

• Verify that all QC processes comply with internal and customer standards.

Continuous Improvement:

• Suggest improvements in production techniques, materials, and processes to enhance product quality.

• Participate in training sessions on quality standards and new inspection techniques.
