Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager & Executive to manage procurement activities for our Food & Beverage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products, negotiating with vendors, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely procurement to support production and outlet operations. The candidate should have strong vendor management skills and experience working in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with vendors.
Ensure timely purchase and delivery of materials to avoid operational delays.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and production teams.
Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor documentation.
Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with accounts, production, and store teams for smooth procurement operations.
Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for savings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Prepare and submit purchase reports and MIS reports to management.
Preferred Skills:
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of F&B raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
