We are looking for a Female Purchase / Procurement Executive to handle day-to-day purchasing activities,

vendor coordination, quotation comparison, price negotiation, purchase orders, and timely procurement of

materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials, products, and services as per company requirements.

• Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.

• Collect and compare quotations from different vendors.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.

• Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).

• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.

• Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, Production, and other departments.

• Maintain vendor records, quotations, POs, invoices, and procurement documents.

• Monitor pending orders and resolve delivery or material-related issues.

• Handle vendor communication and maintain good supplier relationships.

• Check purchase requirements and ensure purchases are made within approved budgets.

• Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Coordinate for material returns, replacements, shortages, and quality issues.

• Prepare purchase reports and maintain accurate procurement records.

Skills Required

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills.

• Good knowledge of purchase and procurement processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Experience with ERP/Purchase software is an advantage.

• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements.• Strong attention to detail.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
