Job Title: Purchase Intern

Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Purchase Intern to support our procurement operations. The candidate will assist in vendor coordination, price negotiation, and inventory management to ensure smooth purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, and follow-ups

- Assist in price negotiation to achieve cost-effective purchases

- Maintain and update purchase records and documentation

- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management

- Support in purchase order (PO) creation and tracking

- Ensure timely delivery of materials from vendors

- Compare vendor prices and prepare reports

- Maintain proper communication with internal teams (sales, warehouse, accounts)

- Help in resolving supply and quality issues with vendors

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of purchase/procurement process

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Strong coordination and follow-up ability

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

- Attention to detail and record-keeping

- Ability to handle multiple tasks

Preferred:

- Graduate

- Interest in supply chain/procurement field

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
