Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive with experience in the solar industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials as per project requirements and Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement of materials based on project requirements and BOM

• Identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers for quality, cost, and reliability

• Conduct price negotiations to ensure best market rates

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely deliveries

• Track and manage purchase orders, inventory, and material flow

• Coordinate with internal teams (projects, engineering, accounts) for procurement planning

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement within a solar company (mandatory)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of solar components (modules, inverters, structures, cables, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and organizational skill

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
