Job Description

We are hiring Picker / Packer staff for warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for order picking, packing, and handling basic warehouse activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Picking items as per order list

• Packing orders accurately and safely

• Maintaining cleanliness and discipline in the warehouse

• Following safety and operational guidelines

Salary & Benefits

• In-hand Salary: ₹13,500 per month

• Attendance Award: ₹1,000 per month

• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹4,000
  (Applicable on 26 days full attendance & performance)

• Overtime (OT): ₹142 per hour

• CTC: ₹16,987 per month

• Mediclaim: ₹2 Lakh Health Insurance

• ESI & PF: As per company policy

Working Details

• Weekly Off: Rotational week off

• Shifts:

  • Male Candidates: 3 rotational shifts

  • Female Candidates: 2 rotational shifts

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18 to 32 years

• Education: Minimum basic literacy

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
