Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking products based on order requirements, packing items accurately, and ensuring orders are prepared for dispatch in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery.
Verify product quantity and quality before packing.
Label and prepare orders for dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Assist with inventory checks and stock movement when required.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Ability to lift and move packages as required.
Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and overtime, if needed.
Basic communication and teamwork skills.
