Job Summary

We Are Hiring Picker & Packer Associates For Blinkit And Swiggy Instamart Dark Store Operations. The Selected Candidates Will Be Responsible For Order Picking, Packing, Inventory Support, And Warehouse Operations. This Is A Full-time Opportunity With Rotational Shifts And Immediate Joining.

Key Responsibilities

Pick Grocery And Fmcg Products As Per Customer Orders.

Pack Products Carefully And Verify Quantity And Quality.

Maintain Cleanliness Of Racks, Storage Areas, And Workstations.

Assist In Loading And Unloading Activities When Required.

Support Inventory Movement And Stock Handling Operations.

Ensure Timely Order Processing For Delivery Partners.

Follow Warehouse Sops And Safety Guidelines.

Coordinate With Supervisors And Store Operations Teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 10th Pass.

Freshers And Experienced Candidates Can Apply.

Physically Fit And Able To Perform Warehouse Activities.

Comfortable Working In Rotational Shifts.

Basic Understanding Of Grocery Products And Warehouse Operations.

Good Teamwork, Discipline, And Communication Skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates Residing Near The Assigned Dark Store Location.

Candidates Willing To Perform Picking, Packing, Loading, And Unloading Tasks.

Candidates Available For Immediate Joining.

Salary And Benefits

Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000.

Shift 3: 4:00 Pm – 1:00 Am Or 5:00 Pm – 2:00 Am

Shift 4: 9:00 Pm – 6:00 Am Or 10:00 Pm – 7:00 Am

Shift Allocation May Vary Based On Store Requirements.

Weekly Off

One Rotational Weekly Off.
