Job Title: Picker / Packer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products from inventory, packing them securely, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order requirements.

• Pack items securely and accurately to prevent damage during transit.

• Verify product quantity and quality before packing.

• Label packages and prepare them for dispatch.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.

• Assist in loading and unloading shipments.

• Update order status and maintain basic records, if required.

• Follow company safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately.

Required Skills:

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting packages.

Qualification:

• Minimum: 10th/12th Pass.

• Prior experience in warehouse operations will be preferred.

Experience:

• 6 months–2 years of experience in Picking, Packing, Warehousing, or Logistics.

Working Days:

• 6 Days a Week

Preferred Candidate:

• Punctual, disciplined, and willing to work in shifts if required.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
