Position: Station Associate

Locations: Aluva (Kochi), Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode

About Amazon Fulfillment Center

Amazon Fulfillment Center is Amazon's large warehouse facility where customer orders are received, stored, sorted, packed, and dispatched for delivery. Station Associates play a key role in managing inventory, scanning packages, and ensuring timely order processing. The facility operates with strict safety standards and efficient logistics systems to support fast deliveries.

Salary Structure (CTC):

CTC: ₹15,700/month
Attendance Allowance: ₹500/month
Night Allowance: ₹2,000/month (if candidate works night shift for 24–26 days)
Night Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month (for candidates completing 14+ night shifts)

• Sorting, scanning, and handling package

• Maintaining inventory accurac

• Supporting daily warehouse operation

Eligibility

• Minimum 10th Pas

• Male candidates preferred female candidates can apply as well

• Physically fit and willing to work in shift
