​Job Overview

We are hiring energetic and reliable Pickers and Packers to join our quick-commerce delivery hub operations across Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for locating items in our dark store, packing orders accurately, and ensuring quick dispatch for fast delivery.

​Key Responsibilities

​Locate and pick items from dark store shelves based on incoming digital order lists.

​Inspect products for quality, correct quantity, and expiration dates.

​Pack items securely in designated bags or boxes to prevent damage during transit.

​Label order packages accurately and hand them over to delivery executives.

​Maintain store hygiene, organize inventory, and assist in stock replenishment.

​Requirements

​Basic reading and understanding of English or Tamil to check product names on smartphones/scanners.

​Ability to work in shifts and stand/walk for extended periods.

​Freshers and candidates with prior experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics are welcome to apply.

​Basic smartphone operating skills.

​Compensation & Benefits

​Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000
