🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Picker & Packer to join our Blinkit store/warehouse team. The role involves picking items as per customer orders and packing them accurately for quick delivery.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Pick products from shelves as per app/order list

Pack items safely and neatly to avoid damage

Ensure correct quantity and quality of items

Label and prepare orders for dispatch

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store/warehouse

Follow safety guidelines and company policies

Coordinate with delivery partners and store team

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum: 10th / 12th pass

Basic understanding of mobile apps (for order picking)

Freshers can apply

Experience in warehouse/store is an advantage

Shift-based job (Day/Night shifts available)

9–10 hours duty (including break)

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depends on location & shift)
