Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Picker/Packer associates to join our warehouse team. The selected candidates will be responsible for picking products, packing orders, scanning items, and preparing shipments while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products according to order sheets or handheld scanners.

• Pack products safely and accurately for dispatch.

• Scan and verify items before packing.

• Label packages correctly.

• Check product quality and report any damaged items.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.

• Follow all warehouse safety rules and company policies.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred)

• Age: 18–35 years

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Skills Required

• Basic reading and counting skills.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Good attention to detail.

• Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Duty Timing: 8 or 12 Hours (as per client requirement)

• Weekly Off: 4 per month

• Salary: As per company policy and project

• Overtime: Paid as applicable

• PF & ESI: As per company rules
