📦 Job Description

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Pickers to join the Flipkart Minutes team. The selected candidates will be responsible for picking products from the store/warehouse according to customer orders and ensuring the correct products are picked and handed over on time.

👷 Responsibilities

Pick products accurately according to customer orders.

Check product quantity, quality, and expiry where applicable.

Keep products properly arranged and maintain cleanliness.

Pack or hand over picked items to the concerned team.

Follow safety and company guidelines.

Complete assigned orders within the given time.

Coordinate with the store and delivery team when required.

✅ Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass

Freshers can apply

Basic knowledge of smartphones and apps.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,500/month

Salary may vary depending on location and experience.

Incentives may be available.

Full-time employment.

Training provided.

⏰ Working Hours

8–10 hours per day, depending on shift and store requirements.
