The Picker/Packer in a pharmaceutical company is responsible for accurate picking, packing, and handling of medicines and healthcare products while ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick medicines and pharmaceutical products as per invoice/order
Ensure correct batch number, expiry date, and product selection
Pack products carefully to prevent damage and contamination
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) principles
Label and seal packages as per company and regulatory guidelines
Maintain proper documentation and records of dispatched items
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the work area
Handle products as per safety and storage requirements (temperature-sensitive items if applicable)
Assist in stock checking and inventory audits
Report damaged, expired, or mismatched products to the supervisor
Requirements:
Minimum 10th/12th pass
Basic knowledge of medicines (preferred)
Experience in pharma warehouse/logistics (preferred)
Ability to read batch details and expiry dates accurately
Physically fit for warehouse operations
Skills Required:

Follow GDP (Good Distribution Practices) guidelines
