Job Responsibilities

• Assist production and manufacturing activities as instructed by the supervisor.

• Handling, sorting and arranging leather materials and finished products.

• Support cutting, stitching, finishing and packing activities.

• Loading and unloading of materials whenever required.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area.

• Follow production targets, safety procedures and company rules.

• Work as a team and support other production activities as assigned.

• Perform any other work related to production as instructed by the supervisor.

Eligibility

• Education: No specific qualification required.

• Experience: Freshers can apply; previous factory experience is an advantage.

• Age: 18–40 years.

• Gender: Male / Female.

• Physical fitness: Must be physically fit to perform factory/production work.

• Language: Basic Tamil communication preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Expected Gross Salary: ₹15,500 per month (subject to final company approval).

• PF / ESI: As applicable.

• Overtime: As per applicable rules/company policy.

• Weekly Off: As per company shift schedule.

• Other statutory benefits: As applicable.

Working Hours

• 8 hours per day

• Shift timings will be as per company production schedule.

• Overtime may be required based on production requirements.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
