Fast-growing multi-brand warehouse handling health supplements (Merlion), perfumes (Epitizer), food ingredients (Bizpressions) across Amazon, Flipkart, B2B. Need reliable Picker & Packers for daily operations.

What You'll Do (Daily Tasks)

Picking (Order Fulfilment):

• Read pick lists from supervisor, locate items from warehouse shelves/bins

• Pick exact quantities of supplements, perfumes, ingredients per order

• Use ladders, trolleys for heavy lifting (max 20kg per item)

Packing:

• Pack picked items in correct boxes (bubble wrap for fragile perfumes, corrugated for bulk)

• Insert packing slips, add promotional inserts when instructed

• Seal boxes, weigh, measure dimensions

Repacking (Bulk to Consumer):

• Fill pouches/bottles from bulk containers (supplements 1kg → 100g packs)

• Seal using heat sealer, label with batch/expiry

• Quality check: weight (±2g), seal intact, label correct

Loading/Unloading:

• Unload trucks at receiving dock (raw materials, finished goods)

• Load finished orders for courier pickup

• Stack pallets neatly in staging area

General:

• Follow safety protocols (wear shoes, gloves, lift properly)

• Keep work areas clean and organised

• Report damaged stock or shortages to supervisor

What We Need From You

Must-Have Skills:

• Physically fit, can lift 15–25kg repeatedly

• Basic reading/writing (Hindi/English) for pick lists, labels

• Experience with packing fragile items (perfumes, glass)

• Fast and accurate (no wrong picks/weight errors)

Work Conditions:

• 6 days/week, 8:30 AM–6 PM

• Hot warehouse (fans provided, water available)

• Standing work 8+ hours

Nice to Have:

• Experience with supplement/food repacking (FSSAI hygiene awareness)

• Basic barcode scanning knowledge

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
