Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our operations team at Faredeal. In this role, you will handle picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching products accurately to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products accurately from warehouse shelves based on order invoices and pick lists.

• Pack items securely using appropriate packing materials to avoid damage during transit.

• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products are undamaged and properly labeled.

• Receive, unload, and organize stock items in designated warehouse areas.

• Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and safe.

• Coordinate with the logistics team for timely order dispatches.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (or equivalent).

• Experience: Freshers and experienced warehouse workers are both welcome.

• Skills: Ability to read product labels, barcodes, and picklists.

• Physical Fitness: Capability to stand, move around, and handle packages during shifts.

• Attributes: Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.

Salary & Compensation:

• In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹14,500 / month

• Attendance Allowance: ₹1,000 / month (awarded for full monthly attendance)

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
