Position: Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer)

Employment Type: Permanent Role (No Contractual Payroll)

Salary & Benefits

1. Net Take-Home Salary: ₹12,000/month (26 days attendance)

2. PF & ESIC Coverage

3. Night Shift Allowance: ₹70/day

4. Overtime Pay: ₹114/hour

5. Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000/month

6. Annual Bonus

7. Approximate Monthly Income: Up to ₹16,000+

Eligibility Criteria

1. • Apply Male & Female Candidates

2. • 10th Pass & Above

3. • Age: 18–35 Years

4. • Experienced Candidates Can Apply

Shift Timings

1. • Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

2. • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

3. • Rotational Shifts Available

4. • 8 Hours Duty + 1 Hour Break

5. • Weekly Off: 1 Day

Facilities

1. Bus Facility Available (Sheoraphuli to Begampur)

2. Canteen Facility Available

Job Responsibilities

1. • Picking and packing products accurately

2. • Sorting, scanning, and labeling inventory

3. • Maintaining stock accuracy

4. • Following warehouse safety procedures

5. • Ensuring timely order processing and dispatch
