Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers politely and assist them during billing.

• Operate the billing counter, barcode scanner, and POS (Point of Sale) machine.

• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.

• Pack items properly and ensure correct billing.

• Manage and maintain proper cash records at the counter.

• Provide information about offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.

• Coordinate with floor staff and supervisors for smooth operations.

• Resolve basic customer queries or escalate to seniors if needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Should be polite, punctual, and customer-oriented.

• Prior retail or cashier experience will be an added advantage.

Work Timings:

• Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening).

• Weekends and holiday working required (with weekly off).

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (as per location & experience).

• PF, ESIC, Incentives, Attendance Bonus, and Joining Bonus applicable.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with Freshers.
