Job Description: Picker / Packer

Role Overview:

We are hiring energetic individuals for Picker and Packer roles at Amazon across various locations in Chennai. This role involves handling inventory, scanning products, and preparing packages for delivery. We offer flexible shifts including Full-time, Part-time, and Slot-based (Alfa) options.

Salary & Benefits

Full-Time: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month
Part-Time: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (+ PF & ESI)

Key Responsibilities

Pick items from shelves based on digital orders.
Pack products securely and ensure accurate labeling.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Follow safety protocols for handling goods.

Candidate Requirements

Age: 18 to 30 years.
Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; 2 days of mandatory training will be provided.
