Blinkit's Picker Packer job involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. As a Picker Packer, you'll play a crucial role in the supply chain team, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. ¹

*Key Responsibilities:*

- _Order Picking_: Receive and review customer orders, pick the correct items from the warehouse shelves, and ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- _Order Packing_: Pack picked items into boxes or bags, ensuring proper securing and labeling.

- _Quality Control_: Verify picked and packed items, check for damage or defects, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

- _Warehouse Organization_: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

- _Time Management_: Manage time efficiently to meet productivity and dispatch targets.

*Requirements:*

- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent

- 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

- Ability to lift up to 25 kg, basic math skills, and attention to detail

- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift items repeatedly ² ³

*Salary and Benefits:*

- ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month
