Job Title: Picker and Packer

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking products according to order lists, packing them securely, and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick products from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.

Pack items safely and securely to prevent damage during transportation.

Verify product quantity and quality before packing.

Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipment.

Load and unload goods when required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor.

Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Assist with inventory checks and stock management.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Any Degree.

Previous warehouse or packing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to lift and move packages.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic communication skills.

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and overtime if required.
